§ 01 · Where we came from
ALPHA started in 2016 as a technology partner for Canadian businesses, on one idea: organizations need a partner they can rely on, not another vendor to manage. That meant clear expectations, transparent pricing, and full accountability from the first call.
From there we grew into managed IT, security, and Microsoft 365, then into AI and automation, helping clients put those tools to work without the hype. Along the way we kept running into the same thing inside every back office: good people doing work software should have taken off their hands.
§ 02 · Why ALPHA OS exists
ALPHA OS is where a decade of that work lands. We built AI that reads and codes invoices, matches them to purchase orders, and posts them into the ERP a company already runs, then put the same discipline on receivables. Not a suite you rip your business into: modules that sit on top of your books and take the manual parts away.
Construction and trades felt it hardest, so that is who we build for. Today ALPHA AP posts coded, approved payables into maestro*ERP, Sage 50, and QuickBooks Online, ALPHA AR works the receivable side, and when standard tools do not fit, the same team builds what does.

Candor
We tell you what will work and what will not. If a build is not worth doing, or a tool you already own does the job, we say so on the first call.
Care
Your books and your data are handled the way we would handle our own. Canadian data centres, real retention, and a trail you can hand an auditor.
Expertise
A real team that has built and run software and IT for Canadian businesses since 2016, not a template dropped on your problem.

Our home base is Courtenay, British Columbia. ALPHA OS is built, installed, and supported for construction and trades companies across the country.
