This policy explains what information ALPHA collects when you use the ALPHA OS website and platform (ALPHA AP, ALPHA AR, and custom builds), how we use it, and the choices you have. ALPHA is based in British Columbia, Canada, and handles personal information in line with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.
Information you give us: your name, business email, phone number, company, and anything you send when you book a demo or contact us.
Customer data you process in the platform: vendor invoices, purchase orders, coding, approvals, and related records you or your vendors submit. This data belongs to you; we process it to provide the service.
Usage information: standard technical data such as log entries, device and browser type, and how the product is used, so we can keep it secure and running.
To provide, operate, secure, and improve ALPHA OS and to support you.
To respond to demo requests and enquiries and to communicate about the service.
To meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Customer data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres located in Canada, using an encrypted database and blob storage. Invoices and records are retained and remain searchable for seven years by default, or longer on request, and backups are included.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, cloud hosting), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Subject to law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask about how it is handled. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
The website uses only the cookies needed to function and to understand basic, aggregate usage. It does not use third-party advertising cookies.
